All reservations made through our website or travel agents are subject to rules and regulations set forth by the Turkish Travel Agencies Union and the Consumer Protection Laws. These laws have recently been updated to meet the standards of European Union Consumer Rights Legislation.

Payments:

When you book daily excursions online, you do not need to make a payment at the time of booking. However, if you would like to book 3 or more tours, we strongly suggest making a small deposit to secure your spot and the price, especially during the high demand season (July, August, and September). Your bookings will be confirmed by our travel agents. Upon your arrival at your hotel, one of our agents will meet you to give you your tickets and accept payment in cash. Prices include VAT.

Please note that we do not have agreements with all hotels in Marmaris. As a result, our agents may not be able to enter your hotel to deliver tickets. In this case, you may need to meet the agent in front of your hotel to receive your tickets. Additionally, your hotel may sell excursion tickets at a higher price. Our agents are available to help make things easier and more affordable for you.

Alterations to booked tours:

We do our best to ensure that all tour programs are arranged as described on our website. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, Marmaris Travel Agency reserves the right to alter some or all of the programs without prior notice. You will be notified at least one day before your tour starts if any changes are made.”

Refund policy for tour cancellations:

In the case of cancellations made by us, such as due to bad weather, we will provide a full refund for your payment.
For cancellations made by customers, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour date. If the cancellation is due to medical reasons, we will also provide a full refund. In other cases of emergency, a half refund will be given.


Booking alterations:

If you would like to alter your tour date or switch to a different available tour, please inform us at least one day prior to the original tour date. We will do our best to accommodate your request and do not charge for this service.

Passport and Visa Requirements:

If you have booked an excursion to Rhodes, Greece, please make sure to check the tour details on our website for any passport and visa requirements.

Complaints:

If you have any issues or concerns about a particular tour, please feel free to speak with the tour manager or contact us at any time. We are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction.

If any issues cannot be resolved amicably, they will be subject to the laws of the country where the tour is being conducted. By booking our services, you agree to abide by the applicable laws of the governing country.
